We trade with parts for cars made in the US, Canada, or Mexico.This part is the same for both the left and right sides of the North American car models and we've sent exactly what the buyer has ordered. As the buyer possesses the South American car model, this pump won't fit his vehicle, so we haven't done anything wrong in this situation.We've offered the buyer a solution in returning the part back to us for a refund, but as he has taken it to Venezuela, he stated that this isn't possible.
