The same day I receive my locknut Socket the Teeth started to chip away I contact the seller They accuse me of using a impact wrench I told them I did not use one and they told me that it’s made in the USA  I would never buy from this company again I would rather use a hammer and a punch To remove my swingarm on my motorcycle Worst experience company does not stand behind their product

Guy misused tool and his locknut was far over-torqued for even our great tool. No fault of the tool. Been selling it for 15 years. Only happened twice - both due to misuse of the tool - not because the tool was bad. No tool is indestructible given some extremes. There was nothing we could do in this instance.

We send all orders out within two business days. But what USPS does with it is sometimes a mystery. And, sure, we are technically "responsible" for customers receiving the package, but, when USPS (or other) simply fails, delays, loses, temporarily loses, etc etc, I find it amazing how the customer blames us for USPS shortcomings. They have gotten better in May 2024, but, still definitely not perfect. USPS has issues, and, we all have to deal with it.
